The Exercise Coach program totslly meeys my needs: strength building, twice weekly, 20 minute sessions! Only four clients st a time. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Perfect for those of us who are aging.
I have been a member for several years. I consider the staff my gym family! They are all knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging! It is so rewarding to see your numbers go up, and realize how much stronger I have gotten, from when I first joined. I have made it a part of my weekly routine, and truly enjoy it!
