I like the trainers! They have been so supportive and acomodating to my needs, If it hurts we adjust so that it still works! I appreciate that.
I am glad I have made this commitment AND it's only 20 minutes of my time, but I feel the results already!
Close proximity, the variety of equipment, the ability to track progress through stored data, ability to assess body composition measurements periodically, the trained, professional staff who are supportive and friendly, cleanliness of the facility.
I always look forward to going and I’m always happy when it’s over the bicycle just kicks my you know what. I think it’s a great program and plan to stick with it for quite a while thank you guys.
I love the one-on-one attention. The program is highly personalized and adaptive to my current and progressing strength levels. I love having an appointment for my health. I love watching my progress via on screen prompts. The use of technology in the program is informative and encouraging.
I can definitely tell that I am building physical strength which was key to me. All of your coaches are excellent and even though sometimes it’s hard to push myself to go twice a week, I’m always glad I did.

Highly recommend to anyone needing specific personal training, or have health goals but also not a lot of time. Amazing what a difference 20 minutes of focused, intense training can produce!
