The one on one coaching is the best way to protect myself from injury as I get stronger. I also love that it is small and you aren’t dealing with crowded spaces.
Exercise Coach is awesome! I can tell a drastic difference in strength and stamina between the time before I started and now (8 month later) The coaches are friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable! I would (and have) recommend EC to everyone I know!
The staff is incredible and provides great feedback. Enjoy the fact it is not a huge gym and the 20 minutes go by super fast. Always feel energized when I leave.
Excercise Coach is the best! The studio is clean. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The results are remarkable. I gained so much mobility, strength and balance, in the three months that I participated in the program. I was away for several months during the winter where there was no Excercise Coach to continue with. When I returned home the first thing I did was re-sign up and continue with the program. I do not like to exercise yet. I look forward to my 20 minute sessions twice a week. Thank you Excercise Coach.
I like that my sessions are always started on time, and the coaches are completely attentive for the entire 20 minutes. The coaches explain things, watch my progress, and encourage me to keep pushing, which is so helpful, and makes me feel accomplished. Who doesn’t like personal attention?

Heather is an amazing professional. She is knowledgeable, smart and effective in every way possible. Location is great. It would be perfect if the studio is a little bigger and every station had a sanitizing wipes along with a trash can.
Studio is organized and clean. Trainers are extremely well-trained and are cordial. Trainers’ professionalism speaks well of the Exercise Coach company and this franchise.
The staff is very personable and understanding about injuries, etc. that can make workouts problematic at times. In my case, they have been very careful about the types of exercises that I do to prevent further injuries.
