I’ve only been going to the Exercise Coach for a few weeks and I’m already seeing results. Who would have thought that a 20 min workout twice a week would be so effective??!! BUT IT IS!!! The girls at the Franklin Tn gym are FABULOUS!!! Best decision I’ve made in a long time!! Highly recommend!!
1) The staff!! They are knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful (i.e. Heather and Roshen)
2) Digital feedback and progress monitoring graphs
3) Scale that measures fat/muscle
4) Diet challenge and knowledge of body composition before challenge and accountability to measure after the challenge
Love this place! Heather is an amazing coach and it's wonderful seeing the increases made week to week on the monitors. I have recommended Exercise Coach to a few friends already.
One on one training and the incredible Team that takes our individual health/training issues and makes our training safe and efficient. And it only takes 20 minutes. Love it!
