Ken is the perfect trainer. He encourages without being pushy. He is concerned for my physical health. He remembers my weaknesses. He adjusts the workout to optimize my results. The studio is a great size. It has very diverse workout machines and I don’t feel overwhelmed. The studio location is perfectfor me, being directly between most of my daily destinations.
