I like being able to schedule an appointment; you're always on time (and so am I). It's a clean, and clean smelling area. The music is always pleasant (I'm a Boomer so don't enjoy a lot of choices that are often played in gyms). Staff is always friendly and helpful. It's close to home, parking is easy and the length of the sessions is perfect for me. I like that the staff and the machines keep track of my progress so that I don't have to, I'm kinda lazy that way.
