I like that my coach Rachael keeps me motivated. I also like the intensity and choice of different equipment to exercise with. I feel the different intensity levels during my workout and Rachael is awesome at pushing me to achieve my best.
Lorraine and Rachel are the best coaches. I love the atmosphere at the gym. It is not like the other much larger gyms that have the meat market atmosphere.
The workouts are very tough and I would never push myself that hard. I’ve worked out all my life and I know. The coaches are friendly, encouraging and professional. The machines are very effective and you don’t get hurt!
I love the equipment that shows you what you did last time and actively compares it to what you are doing during the current session. The staff is very polite, encouraging, knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is clean and bright. The session seems to go quickly and you're done before you know it.
My coach Steve is very in tune with what I need. He listens. We have a communication. And it works. There was a time where it was a little too intense and I didn't communicate with them how I was feeling. But once I did he adjusted things and now the workout is awesome.
I've never liked gyms and I don't like to exercise. However, I am older now and my bones feel weak. I loved the idea of a personal trainer and loved the idea of just you or another were scheduled with trainers. It was a win, win for me and I love it!
I like so many things about Exercise Coach. First it is the friendly service, the one on one attention for the client, the ability to see if you energy is doing what your body needs, and the short time required to get in the workout. I am a returning client and so glad to be back.
