I love coming to the studio for it is welcoming with an environment perfect for me. I like the upbeat attitude of the instructors and encouragement to do my best. For me it is get there work hard and I am happy. My fitness has improved with this program and I plan to keep going and getting stronger.
Despite all my good-natured grousing about how tough the workouts can be, Lauren and the entire Green Hills Exercise Coach team are consistently encouraging, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me give my best. The individually customized workout protocol- packed into an incredibly effective 20 minute session - makes the program incredibly efficient. Honestly, who doesn’t have 20 minutes twice a week to invest in their own health and wellbeing?
I’ll admit there are days when I’m tempted to cancel my session. But without fail, I always feel better afterward - and grateful I didn’t give in to my lazier instincts.
The coaches make it so good. I also like the efficiency and effectiveness of the workout. I just really enjoy the program and saw results fairly quickly.
Everything, the amount of time scheduled, and that the beautiful employees adhere to, the employees is what makes me coming back. They are so engaging, professional, I love laughing with them and at the same time yelling as I’m doing my exercises.😆😆😆
