Everybody that works there is so nice. They’re also very patient with me trying to learn all the machines and what to do. The schedule is pretty flexible, so I’m able to make it twice a week. I’m hoping to build strength and tone up. It’s almost hard to believe that 20 minutes. Two times a week will do that, but if it works, I will be extra excited. I am also able to do some cardio there, so it’s not just strength training. They’re really good with older adults, such as myself.
Friendly, attentive staff; Cleanliness of space, machines and bathrooms; Priority given to maintaining the machines and keeping them in proper working order.
The coaches know everyone by name and what brings them in (general exercise, a specific need, injury recovery, etc.). Their on-the-spot iPads track our progress, and they can base routines on the history at their fingertips. A very helpful place and staff.
With my commitment to just the 20 minutes, 2 days a week, I am amazed how much my physique and strength has transformed in dramatic ways…and in just 7 months. This team is so motivational and positive , I look forward to each session.

I have been a member for 3 years and am always impressed that the coaches continually teach me (and others in the studio) something new and practical. Sometimes the numbers and graphs on the screen need a bit of clarity, and the staff really helps put everything in perspective.
I really lucked out with a EC studio near me. The trainers are very attentive and listen to their customers. They are always pleasant and encouraging. Thanks Exercise Coach for having quality trainers.
