I love the individual training. I do not feel self conscious or intimidated. The coaches are great, especially Ryan. He motivates me. I love the 20 minute time. I love getting stronger!

I joined just over a month ago, I am at the age where I need to work on balance and strength, yes, I could of joined a regular gym, I would not know what apparatus I should work on.
These friendly people they concentrate on you and as I said, encouraging you to reach that goal.
I love the coaches. I love how positive they are and how they tell me that I only have three more reps to do! They make the work out very easy for an older person like me. I never want to go there, but I am always very, very glad that I did. Really, you guys are terrific!
