The instruction and attention is truly fantastic. The support of the staff has made my commitment easier to keep. Staff guide me through each workout and the machines have made all the difference for me I can feel an improvement in my strength, and energy level. And the personal satisfaction I feel each time I well worth it. In the past making a commitment to do this was difficult however know that I am happier and healthier as a result.
All the ladies who have coached me through my exercises are very professional and courteous. All have answered any questions I have and have adjusted my workout if something didn't feel right.
What I like about the studio is the sizes of the studio.
The studio is clean and the equipment is wiped down each time someone finishes using the equipment.

20 minutes … work really hard and you’ve completed a great workout. The staff is so nice there too. It’s just the best thing to keep our bodies to get stronger! Love it!
I started coming because I wanted to invest in my own health and work on building up strength. 20 minutes, twice a week, is entirely doable. The studio is easily accessible, always clean and inviting. And I really like everyone I have worked with here! Each of the trainers is just the right amount of encouraging and challenging. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re thinking about it.
The Exercise Coach makes exercise fun with friendly encouraging staff members! It is amazing to grow stronger with only two 20 minutes sessions per week!
