I like having an individual coach to guide each session. I also like the fact that you work out in a clean space where you are not encountering random people who are coming to a gym to “work out a cold”. If someone doesn’t feel well they typically reschedule. The same is true with the coaches who are very respectful of the importance of not spreading any bug they might have encountered. They clean the machines after each use, The staff is very supportive and a pleasure to work with.
Aside from knowing the nicest owner, I get out of there a 20 minute exercise session. It’s 30 minutes if I can do the stationery bike, which I usually do.You get into it what you are willing to do. Success and fitness are what I am after. My sister just recently joined, so that a plus too.Try it!
The people (Dawn, especially, is great!)! I also like the efficiency of the workout - being able to maximize my strength training in a minimal amount of time.
I really enjoyed my time at The Exercise Coach for the season I was in. I didn't really know what I wanted to do, and this was a great way to consistently exercise all the major muscle groups and gain consistency and strength for a while. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and helpful.
The Exercise Coach is the best, most effective, reliable 20 minutes I have had in an exercise program. I just think more people would love it if they tried it. Tom, the owner, is such a NICE man and he knows what he is doing with the Exercise Coach. His wife is my favorite person too.
