First of all, its convenience to my house.
Secondly, I get a great workout in just 20 minutes.
Thirdly that i can continue to work to build my strength safely. I have shoulder and knee issues.
This workout facility has a great vibe and the coaches are enthusiastic! The workouts are varied so keeps you interested and challenged. I like the feedback that the machines provide - very motivating!
I like the 20 minute strength training in an intimate setting. I am not a big gym person.

It's surprising what a 20 minute workout can do. I started once a week in January and have seen significant improvement in my overall strength. I enjoy measuring my progress on the computers and the trainers are knowledgeable and a pleasure to workout with. I highly recommend Exercise Coach.
