I’ve been a member of this gym for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facility is always clean, well-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they always greet you with a smile and are quick to offer help or answer any questions. Coming here twice a week is my favorite workout days.

The people!! The coaches are amazing, and when I am in group with others, they are friendly, too. The machines are great, and I really like that the majority of them are programmed to adjust with how I am doing. I feel better than I ever had while working out. Also, the twenty-minute workout is a perfect amount of time.
The studio is always clean, run very efficiently, the trainers are knowledgeable and provide the right about of drive but most of all the workouts are tailored to my needs and I see the results in better health and strength.
I like that I feel good when I finish. All the coaches are helpful. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I am working hard but not overdoing it . That is improtant to me. I want to feel fit and feel good. Mission accomplished so far.
The supervision is wonderful. You get a great workout without risk of getting hurt. Also very efficient, two twenty minute, workouts per week. They have gotten me in great shape.
