The trainers are fantastic. They are a perfect mix between pushing you to do your best and having empathy and support when you are not feeling 100%. The machines are amazing. I love having a goal to stay within the zone, and I appreciate that it tracks your progress. It is challenging, but it doesn't destroy my body. I love having the accountability of an appointment, rather than coming and going as I can. It forces me to come. The 20 minute workout is perfect. It's challenging, but again, it doesn't destroy my body. I have seen tremendous results in how my muscles, flexibility, and stamina have improved. I am a fan!!

I like the fact that after a year of the exercise coach my osteoporosis has improved. The Dexta scan said after 9 years of scans where I kept decreasing - this year I improved in the hips and stayed the same in the spine. In addition, I had a bad fall , yet didn't break anything because my arm strength protected my fall. Thank you to all the coaches at "The Exercise Coach " in Jupiter Florida. Everybody is terrific.
