Friendly, encouraging staff, on target coaching. Close to my house and short work out. Gradual increase of difficulty, building strength and endurance.
I love the friendly and open atmosphere. The owners and all the coaches are so friendly, knowledgeable and great. They always push me to do my best. I look forward to going there every week.
I like the convenience and accountability. Love having a coach who can suggest what I need to do during each workout. And 20 minutes twice a week has helped! I can squat to my lower shelves and get up without as much effort. I can feel myself having more strength.
This exercise journey has honestly been so wonderful. I have done several other types of studio exercises, including Pilates, kickboxing, and boot camps, and nothing has made as big an impact as The Exercise Coach. And it’s so easy to fit into my schedule, 20-ish minutes twice a week.
