I like the one on one interaction with the coaches, 20 minutes 2 times a week. My orthopedic suggested I get a personal trainer and this is exactly what I needed.
I love working out at The Exercise Coach. I've been with the Keller studio for just over a year and I have seen more positive changes in my body than with any other exercise program that I've done, and I have done a lot! All of the trainers that I've worked with are friendly, knowledgeable, and so encouraging. I have zero complaints, it has been a wonderful experience.
Friendly, encouraging staff, on target coaching. Close to my house and short work out. Gradual increase of difficulty, building strength and endurance.
I love the friendly and open atmosphere. The owners and all the coaches are so friendly, knowledgeable and great. They always push me to do my best. I look forward to going there every week.
I like the convenience and accountability. Love having a coach who can suggest what I need to do during each workout. And 20 minutes twice a week has helped! I can squat to my lower shelves and get up without as much effort. I can feel myself having more strength.
