I respect the attention from the coach to set the equipment up so it’s comfortable for you then making sure you have the best form for maintaining the exercise without injury, their encouragement to push you within your limits for best outcome
I love that it’s just 20 mins twice a week and just finished my first four weeks. I look forward to seeing the results over the next couple of months
All of the coaches are very good! I have not exercised in the past and was not expecting to look forward to my sessions but I was very surprised. The 20 minutes is challenging but goes by quickly. I was referred by my neighbor and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone.
I absolutely love the people at The Exercise Coach. They are so knowledgeable and caring. I mostly work out with Mariyah now but occasionally Charlton. Both are super supportive. My annual membership is coming up in a few more visits and I am definitely renewing for another year.
I like the personalized coaching from a well qualified staff in a more intimate environment than most gyms. In the year I’ve been attending there has been no staff turnover which is an asset in today’s workplace. I have seen definite improvement in my overall health, fitness, strength and weight.
professional yet warm and friendly. routines aree well planned. we stay on task. i get great instruction and one on one attention even though it's a group class. I love the results.
