professional yet warm and friendly. routines aree well planned. we stay on task. i get great instruction and one on one attention even though it's a group class. I love the results.
I never really understood what “consistency” meant until I came to The Exercise Coach. They make it so easy for me to stay consistent and see the changes in my body and the increase in my strength in everyday living. I came as part of a weight loss journey I started after covid and they quickly became a bright spot in my “new and improved” life. I’ve kept the weight off (75+lbs) and now have the strength to take care of my 18 month old grandbaby. It’s worth it.
The staff is great at giving instruction to help us maximize workouts. They are so friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate when they occasionally give us tips for better health and would like to see more. Recipe of the week, motivational sayings, affects of good nutrition and hydration on our workouts. Older folks appreciate shared knowledge. Even simple questions like what did you have for breakfast or are you stretching before class are welcome reminders to overall health.
I live the people at my studio. Sandy is top notch and has such a huge knowledge base. She's a delightful person and so motivating. I've been at the exercise coach since last August and have seen such great progress. I'm so happy I found the studio.
Love this place. the results are amazing! Who would have thought that 20 minutes 2X per week could product results like I'm getting. LOVE IT! It actually takes me longer to drive to Lake Mary and home than the length of time I am working out. :)
