The basic concept - in and out in roughly 20 minutes. I also like the variety - it's not boring. Also, I need the one on one with a trainer. I've been there since the beginning and it's part of my life. I'm 77 and have no aches or pains and still ski every year.
Going to the exercise coach is something I do for myself. Health is so important,especially as one gets older. I'm guessing that every minute spent with the wonderful trainers there will pay off in the long run! For short term benefits, I'm sleeping better, feeling better, gaining overall confidence. Amazing that 2 short sessions a week can accomplish all that.
Great workout. Great coaches. Even when I don't feel like working out, I know the coaches will get me up to have a great workout. The change of workouts keeps everything interesting and never bored with the individual workouts.
