I've been going to the Exercise Coach in Lake Zurich for 8.5 years. The terrific trainers, the state-of-the-art equipment, the spotless premises, and the very accessible location ALL make the 20 minute resistance work out, 2x a week, an easy decision to make. And you won't sweat! Although you may if you choose to stay for an optional cardio workout on one the various resistance cardio machines. I like the 5 minute HIIT option on the resistance bike (it works both arms and legs, hard). Nice. I should do a second round.....
The trainers all have extensive training for proper form and usage of all the machines, plus for their new Stretch (feels really good) program. They all have Great Personalties, so the 2 minutes of pain at each machine only feels like 1 minute of pain. I'm kidding! However, 'no pain, no gain'. Right?
I started at the Exercise Coach when I was 66 yrs old and am 75 now. I have 'great guns', thanks to Dave and all the other great trainers. You can also. You're never too old, and certainly never too young, to start. Try it!

I am grateful for the tremendous atmosphere created by the entire ownership, management and coaching staff. You can feel the good vibes at every visit and truly makes every work out a succes
I have been a member of the Exercise Coach since 2018, and am committed for life. They have machines and technology you won’t find anywhere else, and a knowledgeable team of trainers that customize my experience based on what my needs are. I’m a huge fan!
Professional, clean, convenient and all the trainers are hand-picked by the owner. We seriously enjoy working with each one of them. Scheduling is very flexible. If something comes up in our busy schedule, we can easily modify our workout time or day. The results speak for themselves. We have become much stronger and in addition, have lost weight. It's very difficult while you're there but it's only 20 minutes two times a week. One of the trainers once told us that you can do anything for 20 minutes (except hold your breath under water) and it's true. The trainers push you to the limit but then it's over and you can get out of there for a few days to rest and repair. I've personally been at The Exercise Coach for years and now my wife and I go together. It's become a way of life that we plan on sticking with for good.
I like the basic concept of slow resistance strength training! But in a complex mix of challenges the professional focus of expert guidance is awesome for success!
And I enjoy the cordial support I have received for actual results!
