The studio is small, the most I've seen going through the circuit is maybe 4 people at one time which I personally think is great. It's also very clean and the set up plus the ambiance is very conducive to a very pleasant workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The studio presents a powerful, mindful workout that has proven to be a very effective workout in 20 minutes and done.

Always on time! SO appreciate that! Love the staff. Enjoy the interaction with the coaches. Appreciate the ability to adjust the schedule on a few days we had conflicts. Also like being able to suspend our membership when we’ve had some longer trips. Thanks !
