The exercise system and equipment and personal coaching are all excellent. They effectively and efficiently provide you tailored strength and High Intensity Training (HIT) aerobic exercises in a 20 minute package 2 x per week to meet your health and fitness activities.
Love the format of a 20 min. intense workout. Makes me much more likely to do strength training on a consistent basis. The coaches are excellent and the studio has a nice vibe.
All of the trainers are excellent and adjust the protocols to meet individual needs. I started almost 3 years ago and my strength and agility have tremendously improved. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. Just signed for another 6 months.

Great personalized training and variety in routines so that every muscle group is worked to maximum level. I always feel good after my workout. Plus I'm much stronger and my bone density has stabilized since I started working out at Exercise Coach.

I love the friendliness of the staff, Kevin, Carol, Jim, Jeanine, and Nat. They are well versed on muscle groups and like to teach which machines are working which groups. Also there in no pressure to sale products etc. Over all I think for 20 minutes 2x week is effective and a great deal!
Since joining exercise coach, I have noticed increased endurance, muscle strength and am all.over toned appearance. I have appreciated the workout intensity, being free from injury, and the graph results showing my progress! The coaches are always ready to discuss nutrition, correct technique, and setting appropriate goals. I have been very happy with all of my progress!
