The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and timely; and the studio is clean and light-filled. The exercises are demanding but not overwhelming. The written information provided along with the membership is very helpful.
The studio is well designed, not overly crowded with equipment and little room to get to them. It's light, with great views out the windows. All in all, it is very comfortable and conducive to working out. The fantastic staff simply adds to a great experience!
Tremendously effective use of 20 minutes. Full body work out with machines that are geared to my prior performances, and excellent staff coach who knows exactly to maximize the effectiveness of the workout. Before exercise coach I was regularly visiting the chiropractor and massage therapist for back pain. I no longer visit either, because the twice a week 20 minute sessions have strengthened my back and core muscles and my back pain has disappeared.
Professional surroundings with a personal atmosphere. Coaches are so helpful and genuinely ready to help. This studio is by far the greatest place to exercise, especially for seniors.

Twenty minutes, twice a week is the perfect way for me to stay in shape and to stay strong! I love the quality, knowledgeable staff and the quiet environment (unlike a big, noisy gym)! All the staff are friendly, encouraging, and able to adapt my workout to my needs. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach, get your buns on over there:)
I like the size of the studio and that I am able to do my workout with only a few other people around. The trainers are all kind and helpful. They offer guidance and have helpful suggestions to maximize a productive work out. I have had good results and even saw a dramatic change in my bone density numbers, my doctor was ecstatic. I also find that I am able to engage in physical tasks easier and for longer amount of time. I feel like I have gone back 10 yrs in age!
