You get a hard workout in a pleasant environment with congenial people. The routines vary each time so it does not ever seem rote or boring. The workouts are very thorough and work several different body areas each time so you end up getting a full body workout. You get instantaneous feedback on how you are doing compared to how you started so you compete only with yourself. There is no pressure to force yourself to improve, only encouragement. The management is very considerate of any scheduling issues you have and will work with you to solve them. Any health issues you develop are taken into consideration and your workout is changed to accommodate them. This is a great place to improve your fitness level.
Everything! David and Jordyn are amazing trainers and wonderful humans. They make a challenging workout fun. The studio is always spotlessly clean, warm, and inviting. It’s been awesome, not only getting a great workout, but seeing friendly faces, and knowing you are truly cared for.
We love the coaching provided by David and the instant feedback from the equipment. The workout fits well in our schedule and the soreness/tired feeling after is overcome quickly. Better yet, we love that we are making positive strides in our health and fitness goals.
Love the idea of a 20 minute session that feels like you had a workout that lasted an hour plus. The facility is very clean …The most important thing though is the fact that my last bone density scan showed significant improvement from the scan that was taken two years ago . It was at that time that II started working out at the Exercise coach after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. My doctor was very pleased to see the improvement and thought it was quite remarkable . This is the best workout studio I have ever been to, for many many years I worked out with a private coach twice a week and the 20 minute twice a week protocol that the Exercise Coach offers really fits into my schedule nicely. And I have noticed a huge improvement in my strength and agility.
David is very professional yet friendly to his clients. The time expended for a decent strength workout makes this program something most people can fit into their busy schedules.
