Signing up was easy, no hard sells, no pressure, prices are straightforward. Joann and Tim are great, I mostly work with Joann, she is always helping me work out my aches and pains, and decide the best fitness approach for me. I appreciate being able to get in and out in 20 mins, so I can easily fit it in before work, and still have time to come home and finish my coffee. This is exactly what I needed.

I am so pleased with my growth. I am stronger and more agile. I love chatting with Joanne and Tim each time I go in. We are developing great relationships. I appreciate that the sessions are 20 minutes. By the time, I think “Am I done yet”, I am on my last two machines. I enjoy that I am getting results with only two days a week. Given the format of 20 minutes and two days a week, I am showing up. I didn’t stay committed to other gyms or programs which is why they didn’t work for me. I share about this program with everyone and highly recommend it.
