Shelly, Bria, and Kendra are excellent coaches and motivators! I highly recommend that busy professionals consider The Exercise Coach to reach your health goals. 20 minutes twice a week isn’t much to ask to feel better and look better! They push and encourage me, while watching my form and posture to avoid injury and work the right muscles on each exercise. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!!!
I like the results you can achieve in such a short period of time.
I also like that each trainer places emphasis on different parts of the workout, ie. Form, Cardio capacity, use of different apparatus to work areas I want to focus on; ie. Bands for glutes, etc.
Bria- she is upbeat and very consistent. She sets the machines fo rme- inspries me to work hard and puts up with playing 80s music for me (LOL I
am a boomer)
I love that it is only 20 minutes and really 20 minutes.
BRIA and COLBY are such a pleasure to work with. Normally I don't like to work with a coach, but they make it almost fun to work out. They are gems.
Sorry that my insurance dropped them, but I will continue to go every week.
