What I like about the studio:
I love everyone who works here — the entire team is amazing! Each coach gives me a different kind of motivation and encouragement that keeps me going. I really appreciate how clean the studio is, and I love that the workouts are quick but extremely effective. Honestly, it’s probably the hardest workout I’ve ever done — I have a love-hate relationship with it — but the results I’m getting are incredible. Thank you all for what you do! 💪
The trainers are great. It’s comfortable atmosphere to work out in. The equipment is state-of-the-art and I like that the trainers even in group sessions take a personal interest and are willing to help you do more and different exercises.
The professional staff and personal attention to the clients specific needs and limitations are what make this studio the best choice if you are trying to get back into shape, or just maintain, for the mature client. Focus on your progress is just terrific, and working with such great trainers makes the time spent a pleasure.

Shelly, Bria, and Kendra are excellent coaches and motivators! I highly recommend that busy professionals consider The Exercise Coach to reach your health goals. 20 minutes twice a week isn’t much to ask to feel better and look better! They push and encourage me, while watching my form and posture to avoid injury and work the right muscles on each exercise. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!!!
I like the results you can achieve in such a short period of time.
I also like that each trainer places emphasis on different parts of the workout, ie. Form, Cardio capacity, use of different apparatus to work areas I want to focus on; ie. Bands for glutes, etc.
