I love the trainers who keep me motivated and I love that I can see improvement. I also love that each session is only 20 minutes so, even if I’m not “feeling it” that day, I can do anything for 20 minutes. Lastly, I love that accommodations can be made if I have an injury. That helps me keep the routine going!
The workout is a very efficient use of time. The facility is spotless. The ability to schedule workouts and receive text reminders is infinitely helpful. I appreciate that the trainers are present and attentive to ensure that I’m using the equipment safely and correctly.
20 mins 2 times per week and growing in strength. Great place to come to for someone challenged to go regularly to a gym. These workouts are quick effective and the coaches are great!
