Everyone is so friendly, nice, supportive atmosphere. The equipment is well cared for, and with a coach, easy to follow and feel accomplished. Thanks, all.
The one on one workout makes the workouts much better. Your progress is kept by the instructors and history is charted in a computer program, so you can see you progress week to week.
Also, the instructors are wonderful, friendly and work with you. They support you while you are working out and give positive reinforcement.
I attend the Midland Park Studio, it is clean, comfortable with an outstanding staff, ready to help, all staff are wonderful people. I feel at home, understood and work with folks who truly wish to help.
I love the way staff encourages and pushes me to do my very best at each visit. I love it when I get a personal best and the feeling that I’m gaining strength. You wouldn’t think 20 minutes twice a week would make a difference but it really does!

The facility is spotless. Staff is pleasant, motivating and very caring. They have accomodated scheduling changes whenever they were needed. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone that wants a quick effective workout.
I love the trainers who keep me motivated and I love that I can see improvement. I also love that each session is only 20 minutes so, even if I’m not “feeling it” that day, I can do anything for 20 minutes. Lastly, I love that accommodations can be made if I have an injury. That helps me keep the routine going!
