I love the exercise coach. It has helped me to be physically active without any pain. I feel great. I play tennis and pickleball and love working out with Kim, the owner. She is by my side throughout the entire work out and always supports me during my exercises. My blood work has improved and I love going twice a week to the exercise coach. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get healthy. They individualize each plan and keep me coming back.

I like that I am guided through an exercise program. I often have good intentions but find excuses not to train. I also tend to not push myself as hard. Having the machine feedback and a coach makes me work a bit harder

The studio is well-arranged and welcoming, the instructors are experts and kind and welcoming, and everything about arranging and attending a work-out is user-friendly.
Caring and friendly staff who make it a point to get to know clients. They often go the extra mile or exercise of the schedule allows. The software makes it easy to show progress and the staff changes up the programming as needed to develop muscles and allow us to try something new. The only person I would not recommend this to is someone who is committed to a longer or more specialized workout for any number of reasons.
The staff is excellent. They keep the place disinfected and neat & clean. They are also motivational to you to do your best exercise. They fulfill the need of all customers.
Management of the facility is also excellent. You get a reminder of your appointment all the time. At times if you need to change appointment time, they reschedule and accommodate you. They also vary the exercise protocols. This way you are not bored with the routine protocols. The 20 minute exercise session is good for the whole body.
Net net all is well at this Studio.
