The feedback from the computerized machines is very helpful. Also, I feel like the way the machines are set up for each individual person helps to prevent injuries that I often experienced with free weights and standard gym equipment.
I like the studio. I like the machines that track progress. I like the variety of MT machine exercises and floor exercises.
It might be nice if there could be an occasional review of progress (assessment) with a coach who could better interpret the results and make suggestions for moving forward.

I like the concept of resistance training and most of all I love my trainer, Chelsea. She is awesome. She tailors each workout to what you are trying to accomplish. She is thorough and goes beyond the studio. She emails helpful exercises and is genuinely there to help you any way she can. Love working with her. She's the best.
I like the coaches that work there and how efficient and effective working out in 20 minutes can be. It's also only about 6 blocks from my house so the location is super convenient. I'm a feedback junkie and the instantaneous feedback on most of the machines is very motivating for me. I've recommended your studio to several people since I first started going in November, 2023.
