Strengthening is tailored to the client’s level. Individual or class training is offered. Class maximum is four people allowing for personal direction from the coach. Coaches know how to assess each client’s area of challenge or strength then encourage the client toward achieving their personal best.
My name is Sarah. I am a 67 year old woman. I have been at Exercise Coach for just over a year. I have 2 20 minute sessions each week.
