The workouts are good and I love my coach Sam. She is encouraging, organized and very good at explaining the exercises and adapting them when necessary.
Appointments are scheduled, trainers are on time, and I get in and out in less than half an hour feeling like I had the perfect workout. I am slowly building strength each session. Sam and Travis are knowledgeable trainers and create the workout best suited for my body and goals.
I liked the time commitment, and that sessions were always run on time—no waiting for stragglers. I also liked the flexibility in booking the sessions. And of course, the staff is friendly and professional. I wish there was one in Lakeview! Will miss it very much.
Individual attention, ability to see status with each visit, knowledgeable & friendly coaches that can explain the correct way to do the exercise, done in 20”, studio is close to my house, easy to make appointments using app. When I called the studio with a question I was always called back or texted in a timely manner.
I have been going to the Exercise Coach for about two years. I am in better shape than ever. Stronger with better balance. At almost 70 I couldn't be happier.
