Individualized attention to meet my needs. Travis, Sam and team are extremely comprehensive in their approach, remembering any surgeries or injuries I’ve encountered and taking them into account when planning my exercise program.
Strengthening is tailored to the client’s level. Individual or class training is offered. Class maximum is four people allowing for personal direction from the coach. Coaches know how to assess each client’s area of challenge or strength then encourage the client toward achieving their personal best.
My name is Sarah. I am a 67 year old woman. I have been at Exercise Coach for just over a year. I have 2 20 minute sessions each week. After this year, I feel so much stronger through my core, my balance is better. Muscle pain I was having due to muscle atrophy in my quadriceps is gone. I can easily lift boxes over my head that a year ago I struggled with. My entire body feels toned and muscular. I cannot but praise my progress and exercise coach.
The Trainers, Travis, Chris and Cleecy, do care about us as individuals and listen when we have questions or concerns. They modify exercises if necessary and watch our form and make adjustments where needed. The moral is always great in class and we all work well together and have great attitudes. Cleecy is our Trainer on Mon. & Thurs. evenings and he truly motivates us. The Studio is always very clean and there is little down time on the machines. I have been a member for over 5 years and I often surprise myself with my personal achievements. Thank you for providing us with a great way to exercise.
