We have been going to this studio for over 2.5 years. The staff and owner are excellant. They really build a relationship with the clients. The workouts can be intense but with purpose. Strength improves with every program. We are very happy we are following their protocols.
Love all the staff, very helpful and professional. The 20 min workout time barely cuts into my other day to day obligations, and the progress made so far translates into real improved strength I can feel during activities of daily living.
Everything!! I've been going for 2 years. The staff is top notch. Very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Each machine targets different parts of the body. I love that it is only a 20 minute workout. I feel so much stronger since I've been going there.
The Exercise Coach in Newtown Square is a great addition to the area workout landscape. Phil Bucci and his team are an experienced team who care for and motivate all patrons. It is amazing what a difference a 20 min. workout twice a week can make. The studio clean and well maintained. I’ve just completed my 200th workout!!
The coaches are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! It’s always clean! Upbeat atmosphere!
I feel I’m much stronger and my balance has improved exponentially! Very pleased!
I like the equipment and cleanliness of the gym and how well the schedule is followed. I trust that the trainers are highly educated, and they have been instrumental in supporting me on my weight loss journey(30lbs lost so far).
