I really appreciate being able to work independently while still getting the most out of my workouts. My trainer listens to my needs and tailors each session to fit my goals. He’s also great about changing up the routine, which keeps things challenging and engaging.
Bryce is great. I love that it is small, fast and efficient. Also, the small groups it’s usually just myself or one other person as I am finishing up. Wouldn’t have believed 20 minutes could make a difference until I tried it.
This exercise studio is great. The trainers are amazing. They are very knowledgeable about fitness, exercise, and training. They are very encouraging and listen to the needs of the client. I have severe OA in my knees and hips. The amazing equipment in the studio snd the trainers have helped me to strengthen muscles around those joints to reduce pain and medication for pain. and this studio. My gait and balance are both much improved. I see a difference in my muscle strength and tone. All of this with only two “twenty minute”workouts a week! I love this studio so much.
