This exercise studio is great. The trainers are amazing. They are very knowledgeable about fitness, exercise, and training. They are very encouraging and listen to the needs of the client. I have severe OA in my knees and hips. The amazing equipment in the studio snd the trainers have helped me to strengthen muscles around those joints to reduce pain and medication for pain. and this studio. My gait and balance are both much improved. I see a difference in my muscle strength and tone. All of this with only two “twenty minute”workouts a week! I love this studio so much. The personal trainers are amazing. The exercise equipment is excellent and top of the line with the computerized software tracking each exercise session and upon completion of that exercise displaying my progress from many prior sessions. In just 4 weeks of their 20 minute workouts twice a week has significantly helped me to strengthen the muscles surrounding my grade 4 OA knee. What I like about the studio is the flexibility of training, the concept of how to work out has allowed me to start seeing the changes in my strength increase and my tolerance in mobility, also losing weight… all this by 20 minutes of workout twice a week, along with healthier diet.
