John, Nikki and all of the trainers have made me realize how important muscle strength is at my age (73)...and how convenient and really fun it is to work out at Exercise Coach. I feel very safe with my trainer and can see how important my physical well being is to the entire staff. I am so glad to have found my friends at Exercise Coach and have made a significant improvement in my strength and well being in the year I have joined...I do recommend Exercise Coach to my friends, coworkers and the nurses and doctors I come in contact with. Hopefully they too will try it out and reap the benefits that I have received!
I love doing my workouts at The Exercise Coach! The coaches are very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. The 20-minute workouts twice a week really works well with my busy schedule and I feel so accomplished once I'm done. I have made major progress in strengthening and the aerobic exercise makes me feel so good. The coaches have been very helpful with my nutrition as well.

The people were super nice, was impressed by how everything is run so far, the "science stuff" behind what you do, and how surprisingly intense the actual exercise felt. Liked being able to see on the screen what I was doing and I am sure that and the coach's encouragement kept me working harder than I would on my own.
I like the variety of workouts, and I really like the results! I've increased my strength and toned my muscles significantly since starting at The Exercise Coach. The staff is very friendly and encouraging too.
