I love the one on one training with Morgan! I have become SO much stronger over the past year and a half. Morgan is an amazing coach. She has helped me make modifications that keep me injury free and at the same time help me get stronger. I love getting a great strength building workout in 20 minutes, twice a week!
As long as The Exercise Coach is around, I’ll be working out there!
I like that the studio is small and personal. It is spotlessly clean. I have been going for 3 years and all of my coaches have been personable and caring. My GP and cardiologist are both supportive of my workout regime. I feel better good at the end of a workout and feel my workouts carry throughout the week. Thank you.
The workouts leave me spent, but invigorated. It's amazing how intense 20 minutes can be. ALL the trainers know their stuff and are invested in my success.
I LOVE The Exercise Coach. A full body workout in 20 minutes, including cardio and the protocols alternate, and then change each month. What's not to like. The studio is personal, not a big box, and the equipment is excellent. AND the coaches are WONDERFUL!
The trainers are great. Morgan, Howard and Sarah are super helpful. They are knowledgable and very engaging. I appreciate how efficient the workout is as well.
You guys are all awesome to work with. Previously (years ago) had worked in a gym with a trainer … really appreciate this smaller, more focused effort and the ability to adapt exercises to my skill/ability level.
I am held accountable by having pre set appointments, I get one on one coaching, the staff is very friendly and encouraging, and I look forward to going.
