The coaches are wonderful, and the individual coaching keeps me coming back because I have an appointment twice a week. Never an injury so no breaks in training. Excellent experience.
All the coaches are great, they listen to my concerns and adjust the workout for any issues I may be having.. The workout seems to be improving my overall strength. I only wish there was a site a little closer to my home. The westside facility was more convenient.
I like that it's small and everyone has a good time - Alexa is a great addition! I enjoy riding Carol and like the help I get with the various machines from the staff. I can see my progress easily. Good vibes and lots of laughter I like that it's a 20-minute workout. I tell people about the studio all the time!
My wife and I like the concept that allows one to have 2 20-minute full-body workouts per week for optimum wellness. We also have a fabulous coach in Rob. The space is always clean and the equipment in working order.
Some of the things that I like about The Exercise Coach are that they are so friendly and supportive. I like that they are very knowledgeable and take a thoughtful, scientific approach to getting me in shape. They are always encouraging, but not overly demanding. I like the constant feedback, not only from session to session but overall. And obviously, I just like the concept of it only requiring 20 minutes per session, so I can get on with my life. So far, everything about it has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Everyone there is encouraging, knowledgeable, and professional. I love being able to get in and out quickly and still feel like I got a great workout, and that I am able to see progress so quickly. really enjoy my sessions and have told everyone I know that they should try it!
