It’s clean and I get a great workout every time I’m there. Ariel is the best she pays attention answers all questions, and actually makes my sessions more enjoyable. I know for a fact that other clients feel the same way. I will be sending other clients to your location. Don’t ever lose that young lady she is desperate one of a kind.
This has been great so far! I really like getting the immediate feedback so I can watch myself improve. The privacy of the gym is wonderful, the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and I LOVE that I'm done in 20 minutes. I truly feel a difference in my leg strength already.
I like the personalized coaching as well as the private space. The space is clean and well organized with the machines. I have been working out there since July, 2020. I highly recommend this location to everyone I talk to.
Great place to workout. You actually can see your results and progress on a computer screen. Low impact great for any age bracket and they teach you good mechanics and form so the risk of hurting yourself is low. Kevin is an awesome trainer very professional and courteous. highly recommend.
The electronics in the sit-down bike are failing, but the other equipment works just fine. The best part of our experience comes from the coaches. Kevin is our trainer and he is excellent. He has planned a routine that is in sync with my recent TAVR procedure. That's why we have been faithful attendees for over seven years.

I love the Exercise Coach concept, my Studio, and my Trainer Kevin! I love working out Smarter, not Harder--I get better results now than when I was going to the gym on my own for more than twice as long.

Trainers are very personable, ask how you’re feeling today and don’t push you if you are having pain in a certain area.
I go once a week and I’m able to get in and out of there within 20 minutes and that feels like a great workout for the day
