The combination of computer equipment and regular weight resistance equipment. We have been going for 8-1/2 years consistently and love Kevin as our coach. Both Arial and Kevin are good coaches, but because of Kevin's knowledge about the human anatomy from prior positions, he works the best for us. My husband and I both have medical issues and Kevin knows how to work with that and give us valuable information to make our workouts even better. We hope he stays there FOREVER. You have a goldmine in him as the Manager.
