It was meant for me! I really never have stuck to any exercise routine, until I discovered The Exercise Coach. I’m proud to say that I’ve been going for about a year and a half now and look forward to my workouts. Instead of those big, noisy and crowded gyms, your sessions are set in an intimate studio, with friendly and knowledgeable coaches who know you by first name. Who doesn’t have 20 minutes twice a week to exercise? There are many memberships to choose from, and scheduling workout sessions is easy to do. The Parker location is so convenient for me, that I no longer have an excuse not to exercise!
When I come in I am very driven for those 20 minutes. They have everything set up for me and encourage me to do my best! I love it because it is small, very clean, efficient and friendly!
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The explain everything well and work with you when you have a pre-existing injury. I highly recommend it. I feel stronger already!
Love the 20 minute work out. Quick but challenging. Get some cardio in while lifting weights thru computer based technology so that you are up against resistance and not doing free weights. Highly recommended for those that do not like the big gyms.
Mainly the staff, all knowledgeable, professional and personable. The technology driven equipment coupled with the other equipment make the total body 20-minute workout with a personal trainer "perfect."
I love the personalized attention. Especially helpful when I had an injury and my coach was able to tailor my sessions so I would still be able to workout. Love the Exercise Coach-especially Shelli!
