I started in September 2025. I'm still there, 7 months later. I have never been the GYM type. I love how the Exercise Coach focuses on strength training, I so badly needed that. I'm a lot stronger now because of it. Twenty minutes twice a week is a PERFECT fit for me. I LOVE everything about it.The coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
I like being able to compete against myself and seeing the consistent measuring of progress on the equipment. I’m also grateful in being able to modify when injured or coming back from illness.
I like the changes in the workouts of the day and how they use upper and lower body each workout.
These people set a starting point and then adjust weight accordingly going forward. I worked out here for about 18 months until my cancer caused me some problems. After 4 months I just started back with a new, lower starting point. My oncologist encouraged me to work with some weights and it has helped me greatly. I have already outlived the time that my doctor estimated that I would live and I attribute a lot of that to the Exercise Coach working with me. I know that I leave this world when God calls me home but I Wii fight for quality of life until then.
