I have had a wonderful experience at the Exercise Coach. The help and support that are given by all the coaches has helped me have more like 🥰 for something that I am not a fan of... exercise! As I push to become more consistent in the way that I workout and attend to my physical health, they have made it easy. I almost have no excuses, 😂.
sometimes while doing an exercise on one of the machines the coach tells me what I am doing wrong. This may bother some people, but I welcome it. I want to do everything correct or I would not see any improvement. Interacting with the coaches is important.
The coaches work together to make sure every workout meets my needs. I love my 20-minute workout and how going twice a week makes me healthier and stronger.
Staffs are very friendly, smart and helpful to reach the goals. Facility is clean and can surely enjoy the strength if someone can be consistent and do the sets of exercises given by coach.
All the coaches are great. The listen with intent and adapt workouts to meet the needs of each client. After a few months working with Jan, I am stronger today than I was in my twenties!
It’s friendly yet challenging, the trainers are personable and the workouts are designed for me specifically. They don’t judge but want me to make progress.
