I am truly getting stronger. Given some health issues, I was skeptical that I could improve my strength, but I have! The key to my success is consistency. Small improvements over a long period of time equals great success.
I've really enjoyed my training so far. All the trainers I have worked with so far have been great. Jan, the owner, is incredibly personable and genuinely vested in the health of her clients. I appreciate her personalized approach to my training plan. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach Pearland!
I like EVERYTHING! They keep me motivated! I don’t like to work out but it’s a must for healthy living! Jan and her crew keep me going!! They take my grumpiness and turn it around! My schedule changes frequently and they are always accommodating! This is the hardest 20 minutes of my day but when you are over 60 it’s a MUST!
The instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable about the machines and functional training. The scheduling process is very easy and flexible. I love it.
Jan and her team are great coaches. She listens and understands the unique needs of each client, and creates workout plans to help them meet their goals. She has helped me build muscle that I didn't think was possible at this age, and she inspires me to work harder!

I like the coaches and how they work with you. They are with you throughout the 20 minute workout, making sure you do the exercises right and get the most out of the workout. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be in as good shape as I am without them.
