I like the personalized service each time I go in. Each instructor remembers me. by name, even if they haven't worked with me personally. I like the small workout space as it isn't intimidating and I can show my strengths and areas of opportunity. My only concern is now often they dean the equipment. The circle is always on green and I never see them clean the machines after each client.
