I am amazed what a 20 minute workout could feel like. All of my coaches have been so nice. Every week I push myself a little harder and get better results. I am a Medicare member, just wish they paid for twice a week. For someone on Medicare most of us can’t afford to add on.

It is clean. The staff is fantastic. The one on one monitoring is important for me as it should be for anyone. The equipment is fun, hard and in excellent condition. They hit all the body parts. But I also like that I can get my workout done in a short period of time and feel like I’ve accomplished an important goal for the day. I like that someone is waiting for me to show up so I can’t just say oh I think I will skip today and tomorrow and tomorrow because I’m too busy. There is nothing more important than taking care of me. And this works.
