I really enjoy the weekly recipes and have made a couple of them already. I feel stronger already and am only a few weeks in. The 20 minute sessions are great. It allows me to still fit other things into the day. The high intensity makes the 20 minutes really count. While it is intense, it isn’t so intense that you fail or get intimidated. Stephanie has been amazing!
I love the bright, clean, welcoming feel of the studio and the positive energy of the staff. Every trainer I have worked with has been excellent—kind, knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun. I especially appreciate how carefully they watch my form and adjust everything for my body, so I feel safe while still being challenged. It is motivating to go somewhere I feel supported and actually look forward to working out.
The people are great…friendly, helpful, encouraging! I like to see the progress. I’m a data person! I feel stronger and better. The time it takes for a workout is a huge bonus.
