I have been a member of The Exercise Coach for 2 years. The studio is conveniently located, always clean, and appointments are on-time. The welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable coaches consistently make every workout a positive experience. In addition to their dedication and care, the coaches are amazing human beings, and it is a pleasure knowing them. As far as results . . . without a doubt, I feel stronger, less stressed, and have more energy after each workout.
