It is easy to get a great amount of strength building and overall exercise in just 20 minutes. The staff are amazing and always ready to help and encourage me.
Everybody is very nice and professional. The studio is clean and the music is pleasant. I am always greeted at the door and all the instructors give very good guidance and information about the strength training. I am feeling stronger all the time and can tell that I can lift and carry items that were too heavy before.
