It was small and personal. Loved the equipment and the concept behind the resistance training...quite unique, although impossible to use without a fitness coach to assist you. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A very nonthreatening place to work out, and very efficient. For a busy working person it provides a way to strengthen and get fitter on a very flexible schedule. No mirrors, no competitiveness (except with yourself) , no judgment. I noticed good results within weeks, legs stronger , etc.
