I've been a regular gym-goer for 40 years, and I was skeptical that a 20-minute workout could really be enough. But the technology of the machines are genuinely different. The workouts are focused, efficient and challenging without wasting time. I've been impressed with how much you can accomplish in just 20 minutes. On top of that, all of the coaches are fantastic - knowledgeable, encouraging, attentive and sincerely invested in helping you succeed. I would absolutely recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone who wants to stay strong and healthy without spending hours in the gym.
The coaches on staff are very good about working with you to establish a training plan that works for you. They are very encouraging in helping you reach your goals.
The best thing is that everyone who works there is very friendly and supportive. When I forget to schedule something, they send me a gentle nudge. They are positive and cheer me on even when I'm having a difficult day. Kat is my coach and is an absolute gem. It's easy to move through it all in 20 minutes. It's always clean and not too overwhelming in a sensory way - never too many people in there at a time, and the music is usually just the right volume. It feels like the whole system was designed especially for my unique challenges with exercise. I'm so grateful for this place.
The Studio is great, full of good energy. The trainers actually get to know you and care about your journey and your success. I look forward to my sessions every week and have seen improvement in my overall health - physically and mentally. Love it here!
