I was raised to believe one must exercise everyday for 45 min. If you do not, you feel guilty. Even though the idea of 2 x 20 min workouts a week sounds incredulous, there is absolutely scientific proof that it works, and it actually far exceeds any other exercise routine I've ever tried. The Coaches hold you accountable, the technology proves your results, and most importantly, it only takes 40 MINUTES a week! This is personal training at its finest and I'm so happy The Exercise Coach changed my antiquaited perceptions of "exercise". Try it, you won't believe it!
friendly, energetic staff. close to home. only 20 minutes 2x per week.the program you get set up with really works.you can see your progress/results after every workout. my total body muscle strength has increased over 42% the last 7 months. it helped me mentally. i really feel good. a very challenging workout but "fun". i highly recommend "the exercise coach".
The trainers are really interested in you and developing the best approach for your training. All super nice people to work with and very knowledgeable!! It's a tough workout and the best part is it's only 20 minutes, even though it feels like you've worked out for an hour.
What's not to like?
Staff - super knowledgeable, encouraging and always both patient with me but challenging me to push hard.
Technology and equipment - nothing compares to this!
Time savings and the quick benefits of the workouts - this combination works for me so I feel better, stronger...and able to get more done during the week.
