Once you get into the routine it becomes easy to attend your scheduled sessions. The fact that it only requires less than a half hour to complete each session and still get a complete workout is important since I am a CPA and quite busy during certain parts of the year.
So much to like:
1-The equipment: great hardware that is software driven; excellent visual feedback as you exercise; ability to change the routine for individuals; amazing comparisons of the current performance to past performances; very clean;
2-The concept - the routine: in and out quickly; demanding in a very good sense; great measurements of performace;
3-The staff: happy; professional; knowledgeable; fun;
4-General: less than one minute between your vehicle and parking; ability to wear street clothes to exercise; other members very friendly;
The studio is a terrific place to work out. Each of the professional coaches are knowledgeable, moviating and kind. They respect personal goals while still striving for overall physical wellness. They make exercise fun, as well as hold clients accountable for working hard.
Very clean. Love the technology. Even though I have only had one session, I didn't feel sore afterwards like I did when I went to Crossfit. The coach was really nice and I enjoyed working with him. I already have two people interested in joining but cannot afford it at this time.
Friendly, supportive atmosphere that is the perfect mix of "pushing to excel" and "no judgment".

The trainers!! Very encouraging, knowledgeable, professional and nice! They truly want to help you reach your goals. It's a very tough workout - but every time I'm there I tell myself "it's only 20 minutes!! You can do this". And I do!! And feel myself getting stronger each time. Oh yeah- The protein bars are awesome too!!
Had my inital free session and it was awesome. Very welcoming place, informative and helpful. And its hard, was not sure what to expect. I love the concept and look forward to my second session. Love the technology
I was raised to believe one must exercise everyday for 45 min. If you do not, you feel guilty. Even though the idea of 2 x 20 min workouts a week sounds incredulous, there is absolutely scientific proof that it works, and it actually far exceeds any other exercise routine I've ever tried. The Coaches hold you accountable, the technology proves your results, and most importantly, it only takes 40 MINUTES a week! This is personal training at its finest and I'm so happy The Exercise Coach changed my antiquaited perceptions of "exercise". Try it, you won't believe it!
What's not to like?
Staff - super knowledgeable, encouraging and always both patient with me but challenging me to push hard.
Technology and equipment - nothing compares to this!
Time savings and the quick benefits of the workouts - this combination works for me so I feel better, stronger...and able to get more done during the week.
