I like the one on one sessions with a very knowledgeable trainer. The trainer makes sure my form is correct to get the best results and prevent injuries. I like the studio location as I can walk to and from each session for more cardio.
I really like the trainers. All very personable and it's always the same 2 or 3 in the morning when I come in so there is continuity and they know how to get the best out of me.
I would like to say "Quick and Easy", but I can only say "Quick". These workout are leaving me spent and I need a few minutes to lower my heartrate and hydrate before I drive off.
I like the personalized regimen. The workout for me is based on my needs and capabilities, not on what someone else could do, or some standardized routine.
The people are professional, courteous, and nice to be around.
I like that I can get a decent workout in with a one on one coach each session I like the coaches and the variety of workouts, all within 20-25 minutes
They are the best trainers! They do an excellent job of personalizing the workout to fit your goals and constantly change it up to keep you challenged.
