Intense workouts with Ryan have been helpful in getting me in better shape, educational and helpful in setting up a daily routine. Very helpful in preparing for eventual knee replacement surgery as I’m aware that it’s unavoidable. However, I’m hopeful that the strength obtained from the work will make me better equipped for rehab.
The trainers are great and customize a program to fit your situation. They also push you to get stronger and change up the exercises to keep it fresh and interesting.
Trainers are supportive and encouraging. Each workout is designed for me and is always a challenge! Flexibility and accountability in scheduling means I can still workout while balancing work and other life commitments.
The tracking of the exercises, especially leg work, has been very valuable for me already, as I rebuild muscle after an accident. I’m a big fan of focused workouts and have happily mentioned it to friends and family
Every coach is personable and caring. The structure is motivating and just these short weekly sessions have made a positive difference with my back issues.
