Trainers, for most part, are really knowledgeable. Dtudio sleays clean and neat. I have been doing ‘go slow’ training for over 13 years and have no ‘bat wings’, no saggy derrière, and I have sculpted shoulders and thighs. Thank you very much.
I like the personalized attention, making sure I am exercising using the correct form, the support and encouragement to keep working hard, the exercise machines which give me an indication of the progress I am making. Being able to do this in two 20-minute sessions a week, getting a full body workout, not having to figure out how to exercise on my own, which machines to use, and how to use them has been key for me to gain strength, lose fat, and lose weight along with their nutrition plan.
I was very skeptical at first-- how was it possible that I could achieve my fitness objectives in such a convenient spot, with so little time invested? After six months, I was stunned, and after one year, simply delighted. I am leaner, and stronger. I have more energy, my posture has improved. Yes, I have lost both pounds and inches (an unexpected bonus) but I also have less back trouble, which comes with my sedentary job, and more range of motion. The best thing for me, though, is that I feel no pressure or judgment to perform. Because I cannot risk injury and perform my job, which is essential, I always feel that my coach is placing safety first-- which was why I was first attracted to this program and remain committed to it. I have physical weaknesses, like most working professionals at my age do-- but those limitations are respected and monitored as I progress. My biggest problem since starting at the Exercise Coach is the cost of having suits altered. I would recommend this regimen for anyone who has been averse to gyms, cannot take the time to walk or swim during a business day, because they have to drive, then park, then change. I am still not sure why it works, but I put my 20-30 minutes in faithfully, twice a week, and I cannot believe the outcome.

The 20 minutes, twice per week schedule is perfect for my busy lifestyle and the staff is flexible to make adjustments for when my schedule changes - like rescheduling workouts due to travel. The cost for one-on-one training is comparable to any personal trainer and some of the packages are actually a great deal.
After a couple years as a full time working mom with 3 kids and not taking the time for myself, I love my workouts at The Exercise Coach and the great impact they are having on my life!
