Updated exercise machines, coaches are attentive and caring. Routines are easy to follow, like that the order changes every week, card is helpful to set machines and I like the idea of beating my best score from the last time. Thank you for partnering with Kaiser.

It is not crowded. It is clean and most importantly- Keith is a great trainer- there when you need his help, always happy to offer advice but quiet if you just want to get it and do your thing. I love there and recommended to several people.

I like the location and the people! I believe in the equipment and think it's doing what it's supposed to. This is not the only thing I do, but I feel that it adds a certain type of strength that I don't get from the "regular gym"...
