Excellent coaching staff. Their concept of conditioning and strength-building is the best I’ve been exposed to. It’s a good feeling to be guided by an individual coach while also being guided by tech-based equipment. I wasn’t sold on the premise of two-twenty minute workouts a week, but now I understand. It will help many big-time.
I love this place. 20 minutes twice a week personal training with trainers that are exceptional. This place has increased my functionality in giving me hope of movement.
