I love this place. 20 minutes twice a week personal training with trainers that are exceptional. This place has increased my functionality in giving me hope of movement.
I love the one on one coaching and a program developed for my needs the trainers are very knowledgeable they are focus’s on you only assuring you are using each piece of equipment correctly. The facility and equipment is well maintained/clean.
Work outs have been great as I get back into shape after some physical setbacks. It has only been 3-4 weeks and I am already feeling stronger. I feel like I had a good workout after each session.
I love the convenience of going just twice a week for 20 minutes - it really fits into my schedule. I didn’t know I could actually get a good strength workout in 20 minutes. They have super nice, kind and knowledgeable coaches. I love going and leaving knowing like I did something great for my body and health.
