In over two and a half years I have never walked out feeling like I not gotten a good workout! I enjoy the intense workout in a short timeframe. Really like the supportive, helpful trainers!
The regulars at the Fairview location. They are all attentive to detail, encouraging and friendly. That makes me confident that I won’t do something incorrectly and hurt myself, and looking forward to my twice per week visits.
The efficiency of the program is great and the trainers make it an enjoyable experience! They are knowledgeable and personable! It is the only exercise program in which I have maintained consistency. I am pleased with the improvement in strength and the lack of aches and pains I used to have!

I AM ABLE TO ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT RESULTS SUCH AS IMPROVED BLOOD PRESSURE AND CHOLESTEROL AND STRONGER BONES WITH ONLY TWO 20 MINUTE WORKOUTS A WEEK. IT TRANSFORMS THE WAY YOU AGE!
I really like the incredibly supportive friendly staff… the ease in scheduling my sessions on the app or in person if need to make an unexpected adjustment..the positive encouragement and assistance in each session… the adherence to a tight start/stop schedule…I look forward to each session and feel a positive sense of accomplishment each time I am there.
