First time ever in my life, I have stuck to an exercise routine for over 2 years and 9 months and still going strong! Super happy about that. 3 main reasons for being able to persist 1) Simple concept of strength training twice a week for 20 minutes to keep my stabilizer muscles strong. 2) Results - My muscles are much stronger; no more trips to chiropractor! 3) Wonderful coaches that foster non intimidating and encouraging culture in the gym.
The trainers are amazing and experienced, and the equipment is like no other equipment found elsewhere that delivers an effective workout in the least amount of time!
The staff is very knowledgeable and ensures that you get the best put of each session. They are also able tailor and adjust excersises based if there are any issues.
I love how I can make measurable progress in two short workouts every week, and I'm grateful for the friendly and professional coaches there who are helping me achieve my goals.
I like everything about it! The people that work there are so friendly, and care about your well being! They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The exercise program has worked better than anything I have tried. You can definitely get results in those 20 minutes! I am so glad I joined!!!
