I like the one on one. I like that you aren’t in a gym, with a lot of people. The atmosphere it was very positive reassuring. Scott doesn’t amazing job with encouraging you making you feel OK about what you’re doing. Cheers you on as you’re doing good even if you don’t think you’re doing good he’s cheering you on. That’s great. That’s great. He’s really really good. I really like dealing with Scott.

The exercises you do on the machines do the whole body. The coach makes sure you do your exercises with the correct posture and the right way. He makes sure the weight is right for you. It's one on one.
I like how each workout is customized for me and that I am only competing with myself. I like the efficiency of a focused 20-minute workout that leaves me feeling stronger. The coaches are helpful and encouraging.
