Love the workouts. They are challenging but I feel safe doing them. The staff is great. Encouraging, professional, they keep you going to get the most out of the workout.
As a 72 year old it is important for me to stay strong. If your legs are strong you will be less likely to fall. If your body is strong you are less likely to have cardio issues. If your arms are strong you can wear sleeveless in the summer. If your body is strong you can maybe remarry if anything happens to your spouse and in meantime keep up with grandkids! Haha
Great staff! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I have a flair up with my joints or allergies, they adjust as needed in order to still get a workout in. When I have to miss a workout, I really miss going. This is the first workout program I have EVER been so committed to for this long!
I have told MANY people about Exercise Coach. What I like best is being able to see my progress and celebrate the continual improvements When I am on the computer machines. I like the coaches-all are encouraging and help me stay on track rather than talking too much. I used to dread working out but now I look forward to my sessions each week.
